Next, decide how you will stand out from all the other hair salons so you won’t have to compete on price. If you take the time to tell your clients about what makes you so special and what you’re best at, you can promote your services at FULL PRICE.
Choose three words that describe what you’re really good at. Think of the compliments your clients give you, or what delights them most. What motivates you? What role do you play in their life?
Use these three words on your market materials. And remember them throughout the day. By focusing your mind this way, you’ll get even better at what you do best. Your clients will notice the difference and come back for more!
